Wind turbine blades Blades are amongst the most critical components in a wind turbine. The reliability and operational efficiency of a wind turbine is highly dependent on the design and manufacturing quality of all three blades in each turbine. Tecsis offers its customers the possibility of translating their blade designs into a high quality, high volume and cost effective real product. High Quality Our heritage in the aeronautical and space sectors translates into a focus on quality for the manufacture of blades. All processes are continuously reviewed and carefully documented, the primary objective to ensure the highest degree of robustness in blades that are designed to last 20 years in the latest on-shore and off-shore installations. High Volume We work closely with our customers to help them meet the large demand for their products. Our engineering team is experienced in translating complex designs and processes into high volume production. Tecsis can translate designs into production volumes of 200+ blades/month in less than 6 months. Cost effective We recognize that for wind power to be a credible alternative to other energy sources, the cost of wind power must be competitive. Blades represent one of the costliest items in a turbine and our aim is to offer our customers a cost effective solution to their exact blade needs worldwide. Our customers have the flexibility to rapidly change their blade deliveries from Ireland to the US West Coast to more closely match their project pipeline. This flexibility comes at a low cost and within a short timeframe. Tecsis has been supplying customers with high quality turbine blades for over 10 years. Today, there are over 12,000 Tecsis blades operating in over 10 countries. More than 10,000 of our blades operate in turbines with a power rating of 1MW or greater. Our operations are geared towards supplying customers in the main European and North American markets but can also accommodate demand from Asia Pacific markets
